Album Notes
Duncan's songs are written from personal experience and from the heart with meaningful lyrics, impressive harmonies and enjoyable music. The emphasis on the acoustic guitar and related vocals have been enjoyed over many live performances in a variety of venues across the globe. A lifetime of songs are included which can be enjoyed across all ages and genres. There is no doubt that many of the songs on this album will become favourites of any listener.
A feature track relating to road running "The Greatest Race" follows the theme of photographs take at the Comrades marathon in South Africa to the London Marathon, both races completed many times by Duncan.
"Keeping more than hope alive" has been adopted as the theme song for the SA Children's Cancer Foundation, Duncan is closely involved raising funds through his live performances on behalf of this organisation.
