Album Notes
Geoff Boyd began playing banjo and discovered the guitar after giving one to his wife Valerie as an anniversary present many years ago. He is active in the Minneapolis music community with two children, Kirk and Grace, who play classical guitar in the Suzuki music program at the Macphail Center for Music. Geoff learned banjo from Brian Fessler, a well known musician in Minneapolis and frequent guest on A Prairie Home Companion. Geoff has studied voice and blues guitar at the Macphail Center For Music.

Tom Wedes began singing and playing guitar as a young child. He is largely self taught and first played in public at local venues in college. He grew up in a large musical family and continues holiday singing traditions to this day.

Kirk Boyd (age 10) and Grace Boyd (age 8) have played classical guitar in the Suzuki music program since ages 4 and 6 respectively. Both remain in the Suzuki program and also study bass guitar and percussion at the MacPhail Center for Music.
