ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
"Dream With Me Tonight, Vol. 2 -- A Father's Lullabies" is the 2nd installment of the award-winning "Dream With Me Tonight" lullaby CD series. We specifically created "Dream With Me Tonight, Vol. 2 - A Father's Lullabies" to model a man being tender, loving, and expressing his emotions. This is so important for boys, men, and entire families to hear!

The songs are all-original and have won 7 children's music awards. Why so many honors? Possibly because of the Sandman Records motto: "DON'T DRIVE PARENTS CRAZY!"

"A Father's Lullabies" is the perfect gift for Dad. The CD will help him bond with your Little One AND sends the great message that it's OK to express feelings and say "I love you."

"A Father's Lullabies" features former Mercury Records artist, Gene Miller. Miller, one of the most sought-after vocalists in Los Angeles and Nashville, is featured on "Lion King II: Simba's Pride" and "Prince of Egypt: Nashville Sessions." He has sung live with Paul McCartney, Kenny Loggins, and Ray Charles and on studio projects with Phil Collins, Cher, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Michael Bolton, Martina McBride, and Jewel.

The songs were written & produced by Sandman Records President, Lanny Sherwin. Sherwin also wrote & produced "Dream With Me Tonight - Lullabies For All Ages" and "Turn Up the Music!" Also available at CDBaby.

“Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! About as close to heaven as we could possibly get!” - Yvonne Gaudet, PreschoolEducation.com

"Great songs, lush and beautiful musical arrangements, and the tender, expressive voice of Gene Miller.” - BestChildrensMusic.com

Hello old friend
Yes indeed the sweetest voice I have ever heard. My my, haven\'t been with you in person since 1977 or so. I have thought of you many many times. Sat up straight in bed when I saw you with Barbara Mandrall on TV years ago. I was in Southern IN then. I am near you in Franklin, KY. Portia is getting married in October and will be in Smyrna, then. Haven\'t seen Cindy or Larae since those days either but hear of them. I bought your album and will play it for myself and Trey my 3 yr.old grandson. You can catch up with me on Classmates.com under Bowling Green High School (KY) 1973. I even mentioned you in my bio.
Lord has been good to me Gene. I pray you are well and happy. Oh I know you are!
In His Love and mine

Gene Where Have You Been!!
This gentleman has the most wonderful voice. It's so nice to know he has his own album. I just wish I had found it sooner. I have kept up with his music career since he was with Barbara Mandrell as part of her band from 1980-1984,'86. I had to have the Broadway play, The Civil War's soundtrack that he sang on as well. I wish he was a touring recording artist...I love his voice. Thank you Gene for sharing your voice.

Excellent music..
I'm wondering if this is the same Gene Miller who was a backup vocalist for Barbara Mandrell for about 10 years or so? As I've seen her in concert more than a dozen times back in the mid 80's til she retired the music business.
