ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Eddy Boston has channeled two decades of songwriting and performing into his debut full-length studio album, Here And There. With the help of a stellar cast of musicians, his thoughtfully written songs come to life. The album showcases the broadness of style and an attention to detail only to be found in the works of artists like Paul Simon and Jim Croce, but with a catchy modern sound.

The album's style ranges from the Buddy Holly inspired Just One More, to the reggae-tinged Fix It, through the toe-tapping bluegrass number Lovely Soul.

Supremely talented Miranda Jordan lends her sweet vocals to the irresistibly upbeat Yes I See, while Boston strips it all down to voice and fingerpicked guitar in This Is My Life, an ode to reinvention that is bittersweet, yet still more sweet than bitter.

Through all the variety of styles, this album takes us on a journey -- yes, from Here To There, but what joins it all together is the focus on intelligent thoughtful lyrics, plus Boston's smooth vocals and proficient guitar playing. It won't take long until you agree that in this case, the journey is more than half the fun.
