ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Having attended the University of Miami School of Music in their Studio Music and Jazz Program, it afforded me the privilege to be planted in an environment rich with talented musicians. My experiences there opened up many doors to play with some of the best bands, singers and musicians in the industry! Some of those include Maynard Ferguson, Frank Sinatra, Chaka Khan, Natalie Cole, Jaco Pastorius, all the way to The Temptations and The O'Jays (not to mention to 1000's of weddings and Bar Mitzvahs). Having played saxophone and flute solos on 100's of other recordings, I was encouraged by close friend, Brother, co-producer and engineer, Andres Garcia to record my own album. This very project is the fruit of that endeavor! It's quite a challenge to try and categorize the music that comes from your heart, but I'd have to admit that it's just the result of all the influences I've been blessed with..... Obviously Jazz and Latin Jazz (coming from South Florida) mixed with......just a lot of beautiful music from the musicians I met and played with. I hope and pray you can experience and enjoy those same influences as you listen to, In The Company of Brothers!
