This session has been created to teach you how to create a trance state within your own mind. With practice you will find this session helps you to move easily into this focused state. The use of binaural beats will help you to deepen the level of hypnosis.

Binaural beats affect our brainwaves directly and can alter moods, behaviour, even consciousness, hence the reason for the warnings below. A binaural beat is created by playing a different tone in each ear, and the interference pattern between the slightly differing frequencies creates the illusion of a beat. It's intended to be heard through headphones, so there's no cross-channel bleed across both ears. The result is a much deeper level of trance.

This session is not to be used as a replacement for any prescribed medication. Please make sure you seek the advice of a qualified health care professional if your condition requires it.

All hypnosis is self hypnosis. You are safely in control at all times during the session and the power to change the way you feel and think resides only within your own mind.
