Hi, Welcome to this Guided Morning Meditation to help inspire and motivate you. This audio has been created as a collaboration between myself and Michael Sealey and I am honoured to have had the opportunity to work with Michael.

Need a bit of a boost in the morning to get you going? This video has been created to firstly help calm and relax you and then guide you towards building feelings of confidence and clarity. As the track continues, using visualisation, gentle hypnotic suggestions and soothing, melodic music you will find yourself feeling more energised, focussed and positive by the end of the session.

For the best results listen with earphones and find a comfortable place where your back is straight and you will not be disturbed and make sure you do not listen whilst driving a car..

I work in private practice as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and Mind Coach but I love is to create and narrate audio and video content to help my listeners from around the world improve their mental health and well being.

I am passionate about what I do and my greatest wish is to do whatever small part I can to help all my listeners live a more fulfilling life. I tend to write shorter video/audio tracks (10 - 30 minutes) but these sessions can be listened to as often as you choose. Despite being shorter they are very powerful using a mix of metaphor, visualisation and embedded suggestions complimented by soft music and/or nature sounds.

I use Guided Meditation and Hypnosis in a similar way because of the way I use visualisation in most of my work. One of the benefits associated with using hypnosis/guided meditation is that it can help improve self control and often provide you with clearer, more empowered behavioural choices.

Apart from the incredible feeling of being relaxed, calm and at peace that often comes with being in a deep relaxed state, the health and well being benefits associated with regular practise can be life changing. Did you know that 20 minutes of hypnosis/guided meditation is like 2 hours of deep sleep?
