ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Elijah Sky is a native Hawaiian singer and songwriter from the island of Oʻahu. Born and raised in Kailua, HI music is something that runs deep through his veins. As the grandson of the legendary composer, Irmgard Farden-Aluli of Puamana, his childhood memories are full of impromptu sessions shared by family and friends as a way to spread aloha - the most open form of love.

Carrying that spirit with him to Northern California, Elijah helped produce the reggae album Seed as the lead vocalist for the band The Dubadubs. Opening for artists such as Black Uhuru, Alborosie, Fortunate Youth and The Expanders, the album saw major success at Reggae on The River in 2016.

Now embarking on a solo career, Elijah Sky is coming back to his roots with a contemporary island reggae sound. Living in Kailua, Oʻahu, you can find Elijah producing his first solo album at Sea Major Seven Studio, lifeguarding at the Kūʻau on the Eastside, or having a loving moment with his significant other and newborn son.
