Album Notes
Created from music performed live during a yoga retreat, this soundtrack is ideal for accompanying a yoga session at home or in the studio, and also perfect for meditation and simple enjoyment. Some of it prepared in advance, much of it happening spontaneously using loops and sequencers on the fly, it was born out of collaboration with yoga instructor Liina Tael during her annual retreat in beautiful Kukeranna, Estonia.

The final track "Oliver's Indigo" is dedicated to the late great Dr. Oliver Sacks, brilliant neuroscientist and renowned author. Once while taking strong hallucinogens he saw a physical form representing the elusive and misunderstood Newtonian color indigo. He said this vision "filled him with rapture." This is one continuous 30 minute track. However, a bell is struck at about every 10 minutes, so that one may also easily practice for smaller lengths of time.
