Great program, Powerful Results!
I have listened to this CD several times and each time have had a deeper, more profound experience of feeling de-stressed, refreshed, and calmer. Elizabeth Lehmann takes the listener through an easy-to-understand series of interesting teachings and experiential guided exercises to help you shift easily and gently from a stressed, tense, or anxious state into a more balanced, calm, resilient state. This polished, professional CD bears repeated listening, whether one part at a time or straight through-- it's so easy to listen to and SO helpful! I recommend it highly. P.S. Nice music, too!

Best tool to regain balance and self-confidence
Resilient-You is a gem! It is such an amazing resource to help you go through your every day life and
challenges as they rise up. I am in a major life transition, and although full of ambition and determination, fear shows up often - I am human. Resilient-You offers easy, straight forward, calming and grounding techniques that help you regain balance and give you the strength to act in spite of fear. I was already doing several techniques on my own without being conscious of it when challenged, like holding your non-dominant hand, or deep breathing exercises.I LOVE the "Voum" chanting one, so relaxing, fun and efficient. After doing it three times it's like my entire body has been massaged by the vibration and flow is restored in my energy and my breathing. The mindful walking is also a wonderful meditative, grounding exercise that you can use anywhere, anytime! This CD is a wonderful resource that gives you what you need to face whatever comes at you in the healthiest possible way. I strongly recommend it to anyone who needs to find balance and empowerment!

Resilient You can be easily assimilated into the routine of a busy life. I have suffered with an anxiety disorder for as long as I can remember and staying grounded is something I have to work at on a daily basis. Elizabeth has created a treasure trove of tools to allow you to find calmness by practising being present. Life is always going to get out of kilter so owning a box of tools that support reconnection is a thoroughly warming thought.
