Album Notes
"I always say I'm going to move on from someone, or something, but when I actually try to, it's really hard; it's easier said than done. I wrote “Easier Said Than Done” when I was in grade eleven, I was in math class, and I just wasn’t feeling math at all (I like math), because I couldn’t stop thinking about this guy. He would walk into a room and everything would disappear and time would slow down, I was so in love with this guy. He didn’t know though, because I was afraid to tell him. I used to be so concerned with what people thought of me and I was so afraid to be myself. Most of the time I didn’t tell anyone how I felt because I didn’t want to be rejected, in any way. This song demonstrates that insecurity that I dealt with growing up. I have now learned that those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind. So don’t hold back your thoughts, feelings, or emotions because you might never get the chance to say them. Life is short, you never know when it might be yours, or someone’s last day, so don’t hesitate to live your life to the fullest and love wholeheartedly." - Elsie Morden
