ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Endoxi's first full-length album, Earthbound, delivers fourteen fresh tracks from the California quartet that fully exhibit the broad scope of artistry, sound, and variety that separates this band from the pack. Produced by the group's front man, Chris Wilson, Earthbound is rooted in raw melodies that harvest unique instrumentation and an organic mix of tunes backed by clever and introspective lyrics. The first track, "Into the World", is an epic birth to the musical journey through vibrant tunes that fuse the comfort of familiarity with the innovation of a soulful, fresh angle. The album tracks progress brilliantly as arranged, yet can be heard at random without the sense of misplacement. Distinguished by a vast array of horn arrangements from the band's saxophone player, Joe Cardillo, Earthbound is interspersed with acoustic tracks and jazzy ditties echoing the diverse range of styles from the big-band feel of the 40s, to 80s guitar riffs, and 90s grunge. Topped with a shout out from the "Lovers of Endoxi", this feel-good album is marked by an energetic breakthrough sound that artfully layers in original and creative talents while cultivating the "best of" in recognizable grooves.
