Greener

by Eric Britt

Deep and dark indie folk rock in the crossing veins of Pixies power pop and Neil Young-inspired alt country. This record is the long awaited solo debut from the hazel virtue frontman/songsmith.

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Greener is a conceptual indie rock record based on the cynically accurate phrase "the grass is always greener". Britt takes a hard look at religion, politicians, love lost and found, the laughter of children, and passion. Moving away from the alt rock sounds of hazel virtue, this record dives head first into indie folk and alt country.

FANtastic
A real, soulful journey for Eric and his music. By far the most honest I have heard from him. He's passionate and honest in his words as he recalls his journey in this life. His emotions bleed into the notes and the angst of love, loss, and a rebirth of a new, older, and wiser man. Hands down one of the best CD's I've ever owned.
