ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Erika Werry's 5th album of original songs harkens back to her earlier work, with heavy horn influences, featuring Bryden Baird on trumpet (Toronto's finest, of Feist's band and others); this 7 song EP and bonus track is largely comprised of mellow moody love songs, with some real country flair by pedal steel player Kevin Neal. Accompaniment by Erika's band the Alphabet is gorgeous as to be expected, with lush harmonies sung by drummer Kate MacLean, guitar and keyboard by Josh Cavan, with more guitar by Mike Hopkins and Mike Tuyp (the two Mikes), and Wes Neal on double bass.
