Album Notes
Restless Heart draws together a group of work that explores our collective restlessness in all aspects of life and the human condition despite one's age, state of being, state of being or level of awareness. We are all restless in varying degrees despite one's perceived contentment, status, or lot in life. This restlessness causes one to experience the world in ways that others may or may not be aware of, yet it is a powerful motivator and one that propels me to write and record. It took great collaboration with a colleague, a year of studio time to record, explore and find the proper level of instrumentation in order gain greater control over the sound than in previous recordings. It is a process has seen a successful result and that sees me continuing to approach my music in more informed ways.
