ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
48 years after their unforgettable breakout performance at the 2nd annual Watts Summer Festival in 1967, Evening Sun
is back with a vengeance with their sophomore album, "Chill Shake & Serve". Original drummer/current multi-instrumentalist, Phil Erenberg has once again teamed up with Vocalist/Producer, Bob Chernick (aka Bobby Lee) and renowned Producer/Vocalist/Keyboardist, Dave Jenkins along with a cameo vocal appearance from founding member, Dennis Nolan.
Offering homage to their black roots, rhythm & Blues covers by Larry Williams, Willie Dixon, Sonny Boy Williamson, as well as Bob Dylan & Bob Seger, and brand new original hit singles inspired by and written for Ringo Starr & Joe Walsh, Chill Shake & Serve and The Blues Ain't Nothing, respectively and respectfully. Enjoy!
