Album Notes
" Close to you" is Eve & the Fisherman´s first full album. It is a collection with our published and some of our unpublished songs. Eve & the Fisherman are Eva Gisslén-Ståhl and Thomas Dahl, a Swedish duo founded in 2014. We write and produce our own music. Now and then we invite guest musicians to join us for a song or two. We think that´s a fun and productive way to develop and like the interaction :)

Interaction is also the main theme for the lyrics in this album, you can say. They are about relations- not in a deep, profound way, more written like reflections or short stories. We like to think experiences are a subjective, personal matter, but as a fellow man one can often relate and recognize each others circumstances in life.

Eve & the Fisherman can be found on facebook, twitter, youtube. You are more than welcome to subscribe and like us!

Our guest musicians on this album are Timo Tilli on harmonica, Kent Stéen on guitar and Johan Johansson also on guitar.
