ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
'With her supple mezzo soprano, Eve Williams can glide between power ballads and Celtic folk with remarkable ease. Peregrini is a delightful album that showcases her songwriting genius and impeccable power of interpretation.' - Baxter Labatos, Celtic Music Fan

Eve Williams is a singer and songwriter from Northern Ireland named One to Watch twice by Nashville Songwriters Association International. She has been receiving airplay in 6 countries and is about to embark on a UK & Ireland tour. Eve can sing more than 4 octaves which makes for diverse melodic and harmonic potential. She has recorded in the past with Andrew Giddings of Jethro Tull, shared a stage with Moya Brennan and renowned classical conductor Sir David Wilcocks at the Royal Albert Hall.

The album was produced by Axeman Jim, a London producer known for his work with doom metal band, Cyclocosmia and Steven McKnight, one of Northern Ireland's best known guitarists. The album also features keys by Darren Matthews, one of Northern Ireland's most in demand pianists.

Celtic Music Fan have described Eve as 'one of the rising voices of the Irish music scene' and John McGlynn of Anúna remarked on her 'great voice'. Radio presenter and songwriter Mary K. Burke of Celtic Music Radio said 'I am always happy to play Eve's songs. She's a very gifted writer'.
