Album Notes
Song for the Power Failure.

I write, record, and release a new song every month. I started Song for the Power Failure at the Atlantic Ocean. There is something truly inspiring about an endless sky and sea. We are all connected, not just a human family, but one Earthling Family. How to live as "A Part" of nature not "Apart" from nature is a symptom of our modern life. As we become more mindful of our actions and how they impact everything else, we can not help but change.

This is the song for the power failure
Mr. CEO and the Weapons Tailor
The Masses beat down with invisible whips
Ground into Submission for Quarterly Profits

An Ozone layer with a growin' hole in
A War Zone with Drones Patrolin'
Warnin' - Global Warmin'
Future Stolen

How do you calculate the costs?
Who benefits from another Species Lost?

We all live down stream
One Earthling family
To live in peace is to live free
What I do to you, you do to me
and we all live down stream

There's only one sky and we're all beneath it
Only one water and we all drink it
Green or Red blood, we all bleed it
Give it back to the land cuz damn she needs it

When the last tree's down, will we regret it
The last fish is caught in the trawler's net, it's
When the land no longer grows
You'll see how far your money goes

(break down)
We keep on drilling cuz we think there's no end
and we keep on killing cuz we think it defends
and the world keeps spinning round and round
and every single song is a sacred sound
So, listen to the birds, listen to the bees
listen to the grass and to the trees
your heart has a story to tell
sit quietly and listen well
(guitar solo)

Make time now for your consideration
Such the slaughter house down it's an abomination
How are we a peace lovin' nation
When we're droppin' bombs on all of creation

(Bridge and chorus)

Metal with a purpose!
This is another great track from Extraneous Solutions. Groove-oriented, somewhat funky, melodic metal that is extremely catchy but serious in lyrical content. This is thinking man's metal with an eco-conscious socio-political message (think Anthrax, Nuclear Assault, Rage Against the Machine, etc). This track will linger in your mind with the anthemic refrain "we all live downstream!!!".
