ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Bluesman E Z Street. Born in Tennessee, grew up playing guitar and harmonica on the banks of the Mississippi river. He continued his journey in music playing all across the USA, Canada, and the Caribbean.... In NYC he met and played music on stage & in the recording studio with Jimi Hendrix, Johnny Winter, Buddy Miles & many top professionals of that era. He joined a band in 1968 which was signed to Capitol Records, and was managed and produced by the two people who organized and put on the famous Woodstock concert in 1969.

He then traveled across the USA. where he met and played music with many more top music professionals including Stevie Wonder, Joe Cocker, Rare Earth, Freddie King, and lots more . After a while he returned to his home state of Tennessee and lived in Nashville where he aquired an endorsement from Hohner Harmonicas, (Hohner Inc.) the Worlds oldest and largest manufacturer and distributer of harmonicas. He put a band together in Nashville called, The Rock Doctors and recorded an album. One of the songs off that album was picked up by the Dick Clark TV Production, "So You Think You Can Dance" and used as a commercial for the show.

Moving back to Memphis he recorded this album "Bluesman," EZ Street, Goin' Down To Memphis, and now performs in venues around the Memphis area and tours the USA from time to time.
