Get happy, feel free
Here is a rare find, a modern band recording essentially live in the studio, capturing the natural interplay of the musicians to analog tape. The songs are organic and interesting, with a lot of great moments throughout. The music is a nice cross between improvisation and orchestration. It has a "Jam" feel, but it's not too loose as to get awkward or repetitive. They blend elements of many styles nicely, with rock, funk, bluegrass, and psychedelic all seamlessly woven in. My favorites are "What It Is" and "Travel On". If you like fun music that makes you feel happy and free, this is the band for you.
