Album Notes
Flashlight Tag is a two-man band from Richmond, Virginia comprised of Brian Phelps (Classic Monkey Shine, That Monster) and Justin Laughter (Silly Bus, junction). Flashlight Tag’s mission is to create fun, inspired original music and to honor the Classics.

Americana Electronica celebrates American history and the American song treasury. The album explores Americana and electronic timbres. It also shares and investigates historic American music, people, and events.

Original songs include Betsy Ross, Benedict Arnold, Paul Revere as well as general tales of the American spirit. Traditional songs include our reimagined versions of Little Brown Jug, Bill Bailey, Take Me Out to the Ball Game, In The Good Ole Summertime, Oh Susanna, Wabash Cannonball, and Home on the Range. In addition, the album contains spoken word performances of letters and speeches by Patrick Henry, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Benedict Arnold, and Abraham Lincoln.
