ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
"Fleur Seule: The Return of Glamour" is the debut album from authentic 1940s Jazz & Swing band, Fleur Seule. Hailing from NYC, this fresh, new band is reviving the days of 1940s music and glamour. Bringing new life to beloved standards, and sharing 8 originals penned by their Songbird, Allyson Briggs, who has been hailed by the Times Square Chronicles as, "A female Frank Sinatra with the looks of Marilyn Monroe," Fleur Seule aims to make this great era of music relevant and accessible to a new generation, while allowing those who grew up loving and dancing to this music, to reminisce. In the words of Great American Songbook expert, Michael Feinstein: "Allyson Briggs is one of the most incredible talents out there today! A must see!”
