Dave Fox and Will Branch recorded this latest album of old-time country, blues and folk in the studio using one microphone, no overdubs and no mixes. It best represents their live sound, which is relaxed and downhome. Instruments include banjo, fiddle, guitars, washboard and Will's fine vocals. The music covers traditional American tunes and songs, as well as a couple of original songs. The objective of this recording is heartfelt fun, with no frills added. It is aimed at fans of strong, roots music.
