Album Notes
Music with Francis SA (Francis Sigouin-Allan):

Music is so important to each of us. Francis has always loved music. At three years of age, he was a swinging singer – he would sing for hours swinging on his backyard swing! In a naval cadet band, he played saxophone, drums, trombone, and clarinet – but not all at once! He enjoyed participating in choirs for more than ten years – and it was not just because in the choirs there were always more girls than guys! Music became a real passion and it became “normal” to spend hours daily practicing it. And when you really love something, you think everyone else should too - so he enjoyed working as an assistant music teacher in high school. Music just naturally became a great focus point embraced by Francis.

Francis wrote “Free2B” as a reflection of his desire to pursue music fully – when you hear this song, you can feel this and although the reason may be different, this feeling certainly can apply to us all at different times. Most of Francis' songs are easy to relate to – all being written straight from the heart. You may feel some as being “right-on” like his “A Love that has No Conditions” while others may be felt as a call to “fight-on” despite difficulties.

Francis relishes being an “independent artist”. Although he has performed with others, he produced the album “Life in progress” very independently writing, playing, singing, recording, and mixing this album in his studio with ARF Productions. Francis hopes that you will enjoy this music and be stronger for it.
