Le détective du groove !
Avec ce bel album, Franck Bedez, a très bien su s'entourer des fins limiers qui lui fallait, pour mener à bien ses "investigations" dans un royaume aux senteurs jazz/funk/groove. Des pièces élégantes et inspirées, variées, particulièrement bien produites, mais sans frime, un joli son, un groove imparable qui vous pousse à réécouter ce cd à l'envie. Alternance de tempos rapides et de balades, quelques morceaux chantés, notamment une belle reprise de"Take me to the river", une grande maîtrise des instruments pour toute l'équipe formée d'excellents musiciens reconnus, et le plaisir à l'écoute de son jeu de basse qui vous met instantanément des fourmis dans les jambes, notamment quand il s'agit de "chasser" le funk. Bref, cet album, il vous le faut, n'hésitez pas, c'est un petit bijou ! dom

Harry Spelt


This is a great cd! Franck plays great as a part of the fine songs, not to make the bass the main instrument, but to make the composition better. The other musicians are making this a cd to check out for everyone who is into fine fusion/funk.
