Album Notes
Man my music has been all over the place. First project ever in mid 80’s was very indi/college rock. 2nd project in Nashville days very Rock. Next one was very acoustic. Did one with just acoustic guitar and vocal. Even did one with “one mic and one guitar” instrumental. Anyways, I just write what I write, but being called to pursue music in a more serious way occurred during a very spiritual born again time in my life. Hence my music is VERY influenced by my Faith. Specifically I am a Christian. I do believe there are those who follow the same God, and are of the same flock, who are called by different names. To follow Christ is more than the letter C H R I S T. I am still very human. I am not always a super nice person. Sometimes I am judgmental. But thru it all, with Jesus Christ as an example to live up to, I am a better person. I actually am a little frightened by the thought of a version of me not attempting to follow His precepts. Anyways, thru the years I’ve done about 12 projects. As time goes on a whole project is very difficult to find the time for between family, friends, God & paying the bills. So I am sort of starting a new phase with singles. It is much easier to spend time with one song and get it right, rather than having to focus on several. I would love to have a “producer” and be playing music for a living, but I just haven’t figured that out. I know I am very burned out for the most part by the cover gig. I learned lots of good things for the Cover gig, but I am really tiring of it these days. So I’ll just make my form of Art, put it out there, and somewhere in the world of millions and millions, maybe a few will get something out of what I enjoy creating. Peace be with you.
