ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
"This album that I dreamed to do when I was 17... A childhood dream, realized with absolute sincerity. "

Fred Flohr has conducted many productions as arranger and engineer for the recording industry, performing arts, the
film and video games. He reveals his personal universe in its first opus "Vu d'en Haut", litterally "View from Above" or "Seen from High"...

This self-produced album is definitively a pop rock must have. The artist returned back to his sources, enriched by all the meetings he could have done working 10 years in music production.
So there are subtle references to the '90s, a tribute to his first musical influences: the power of hi-gain guitars meets piano jazz accents, to catchy choruses succeed the virtuosity of instrumental parts.
But above all the listener is struck by Fred Flohr deep and honest writing, with lyrics that for once could give us out as many answers as questions ...

"A very ambitious work that avoids all the pitfalls of the genre" - Guitarist Magazine, 2008
