Album Notes
Lanky Bell Bottoms from the album Hoorey Beret is one of Frenchy and the Punk’s more dance based tunes. Although the duo is known for the eclectic array of sounds on any given record, there is always the common thread that weaves it’s way through their songs; uplifting. This track conjures the past in its groove yet has a fresh and distinctly FnP flavor.

The duo, made up of French-born Brit Samantha Stephenson on vocals and percussion and Western Massachusetts veteran of the punk scene Scott Helland on guitar and loops, have been pounding out their unique blend of Folk Punk Cabaret since 2005. Each record brings a fresh glimpse into the unique kaleidoscopic sound that seemingly never ceases to exude from this creative collaboration. A jewel of a duo, they travel year round across the US and in Europe playing to ever increasing audiences that delight in this pair’s energy, spirit and infectious fiery performances. This single will be on their upcoming release Hooray Beret (Spring 2019)
