Album Notes
Jason Fresta's debut CD "We're All Mad Here" can best be described as post-grunge acoustic. In the style of Alice in Chains and David Bowie, the singer/songwriter has written, recorded and produced the full 15 track album entirely in his basement on a standard PC with the aid of writer/lyricist Amy Dupcak.

"We're All Mad Here" took nearly 3 years to complete from beginning to end. Jason had no previous recording training behind him so it was pretty much a trial and error operation. Most of the songs are acoustic and mellow, while others are aggressive and heavy. The final mastering of all 15 tracks was done by Dino Covelli. The CD is NOW available for purchase. An EP of the same style entitled "...No Room," which will act as a conclusion to the album, is forthcoming.

Amazing! A Must-Hear!
After getting this CD, I couldn't take it out of the player. I just listened to it over and over again. Every single track is incredible. It's inspired, captivating, addicting, and more. It's lyrically and musically brilliant. I highly recommend this album.

My favorite songs, although it's really hard to choose, include Jaded, So Long, Incidentally, and The Mistake.

Brooding, melodic, catchy, edgy, and filled to the brim with music.
Jason Fresta takes you into his own twisted mind with this album. His madness is explained over each of the 15 chapters. Melodies from "Somber" will be stuck in your head for days, and Jason really shines on "So Long". The most obvious hits on the record are "Firelight", "Jaded" and "Glow", but don't be quick to miss the eerie "Willow" and the beautiful ambient electronic track "Beautiful When You Die", comprised of various samples of killer whales. The album sends you off with the tragic "I", inspired by Nine Inch Nails, and fades away leaving you with goose bumps. Chilling, indeed.
