Album Notes
As a singer, songwriter and instrumentalist, Chazz has recorded and performed with artists as talented and diverse as Michael McDonald, Christopher Cross, America, Chaka Khan, Gregory Hines, Sheena Easton, Marilyn McCoo, John Tesh and Chuck Mangione to name but a few.
He can also be heard singing the title theme to NBC's syndicated hit sitcom "Saved By The Bell".

"My Therapist's Couch" offers the listener, a little bit of country, acoustic and electric pop, some rock and roll, and even a little taste of Brazil!

Featured friends on the "Couch" include jazz masters Jim Fox (nylon string acoustic guitar) Bob Sheppard (soprano and tenor sax) and Mark Hatch (flugel horn). Also my Mike McDonald bandmates for years, Bernie Chiaravalle (electric guitars) George Perilli (drums and percussion) and Tollak Ollestad (keyboards) brought their genius to the "Couch" sessions, as did LA percussionist extraordinaire, Bryan Brock.

Stepping up to the mic are friends, Diana DeWitt (vocalist w/Neil Young) and the multi talented (singer, songwriter, engineer, guitarist, producer) and co-pilot on this project, Mark Stacy. Add in the "mixpertise" of Nashville engineer John Albani and presto.... instant CD!
Oh yeah.... I almost forgot.... I sang this and that, wrote the songs, (two are co writes) played bass, guitars, and various keyboards, hit some stuff.... you know... the usual "therapy" stuff.

"My Therapist's Couch".... "Sometimes a CD is.... just a CD"!

PS: Dig the fabu "therapeudic" artwork by Meg Zival Fox..... Relax. Listen. "Now tell me about your childhood"......

My Therapist's Couch
Really like the CD. It's music!

Valli Blaydon

I am definately going to need more therapy sessions.
This CD is awesome. I am thoroughly enjoying it. It is great to listen to no matter what mood you are in. If you are sad, it makes you happy, if you are happy it makes you happier and if you are in a quiet mode it allows you to mello out. If in a party mood, it lends itself to keeping the vibe going. It is a great way to begin and end your day. Keep the music coming Chazz!!!
