ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
It amazes me how some people can get a lot done and there are other people who get nothing done. It seems there are more of the latter.

An outer earth orbit otherworld observed through the capsule window of some post modern views of yesterday's future. With that sort of foggy fuzzy dreamy drift, the magic of frozenplastic is that they create impossibly gauzy sound worlds with a bizarre arsenal of sound making implements. Sections of compositions are all woven into a rich and sometimes washed out soundscape of wheezing melancholy melodies, other times thick slabs of distorted guitar crumble below massive low end reverberations all wrapped up in a dense sonic mist. Thick and dense with washed out and dreamy interludes. They had been strangers beside each other.

On the otherhand, it's much prettier and soft than all that.

frozenplastic's Musical influences are Brian Eno, Edgar Varese, Morton Sobotnik, Wendy Carlos, Perrey & Kingsley, Air, Bill Nelson and Stockhausen
