Saw him open for Brandi Carlile in Woodstock, Vermont and instantly became a fan. His music has that perfect touch that puts him a cut above the rest of the artists out there. A great find.

Michael Rothstein

Just saw him open for Kelly Joe Phelps at Joe's Pub in NYC, and his voice and melodies are like a transporter beam back to the prairies and the mountains for me. Makes you want to take a long roadtrip somewhere - take a look at the land in a whole new way. An exciting find.

Matt Barnard

Gregory, you make with this cd,once again,a great musical present for the world. It came right from the heart and that's the way how music must be made.I like so much the lyrics and the way you put them in a,oh God,so beautiful and clear river of acoustic sounds.Your musical heroes will be proud of you. Thanks for all that good feelings "that sea,the gambler" gives to me,I like it so much.Good luck and when do you come to Belgium? That Sea,The Gambler
Beautiful music to drive to.Went from L.A. to San Francisco and saw his show with Brandi Carlile.Bought his latest CD at the end of the show wich was signed by the artist.FUN!

A beautiful selection of tenderly written acoustic songs. A wonderful voice accompanied by simple and pleasing guitars, banjo, strings and drums. This is my first album from this incredible artist. So impressed am I, I just ordered Rust Colored Stones and Songs for October, as well. Thanks Gregory.

Refreshingly familiar, yet different.. in a good way.
I bought the album after having heard The Stable Song on the air a few times, and loving it every time. It is not an accurate representation of what can otherwise be described as semi-experimental folk, with an alt-country influence. Great album. Slow enough to regulate the blood pressure, yet interesting enough to keep me from hitting the "eject" button for well over a week. Kudos.
