ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Gary Lapow has been writing songs for the past 40 years. This album contains his delightful musings on a childhood from another era when life was more innocent. The songs are funny, poetic, and nostalgic.
The Coney Island songs were written to accompany images of the photographs of Gary's father, Harry Lapow, a contributor to the original Family of Man book and exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in NY.
