Album Notes
.S.I.X.T.H. is the 6th Gashunters album, with 49 minutes of pop, rock and prog in 11 songs in the best Gashunters OMB tradition.

Although I personally think I’m still climbing the stairs this album shows some progression in exploring the world of instruments and vocals. Synthesized sounds are a major contribution to the sixth. Guitars play a modest supporting role, the stage is filled with divergent basses, pads and other keys, topped with soundscapes. At the same time I've made some tribute attempts to renowned close harmony bands.

Most songs on this album are about identity, asking questions about myself and relationships. In 3 songs I’ve used lyrics, written by my partner Astrid, that fit to the rather gloomy overall theme of this album. Never expect cosy and shallow messages from Gashunters. I’m daring anyone to dive into uncomfortable but relevant matters in life.

Exploring, writing, producing and recording musicals ideas give so much pleasure. I hope my best work is yet to come :)
