Album Notes
Another Ivanhoe Road Music Re-issue from Gayla's back catalog; originally released as "Season's Turning," this CD takes the listener on a journey through the Wheel of the Year.

Deep, lavish, open tunings lend an almost piano-like depth and range to the songs, while Gayla's signature syncopations from her powerful right hand provide lift and drive. The lovely solo guitar piece, "Luglochta Loga," is a sweet and lilting reminder of the virtuosity of this remarkable guitarist, while the whimsical "Zena: The Guitar Princess" kicks ass.

The songs are all nature-based, highly melodic and sung with intensity and emotion.
