ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
George Mallas continues to reinvent himself through his music. Having been a student of the piano since age 6, the instrument is a natural extension of who he is. His experiences in life, love and family have profoundly inspired his songs, his style and his passion for playing.

Having idolized some of the best singer songwriters of our time, George was moved by the perfectly placed lyrics and melodies of Joni Mitchell, Elton John, Jackson Browne, James Taylor and Cat Stevens.

George has realized a long-time dream in “Small Reminders,” his first solo CD of songs old and new written about those small reminders of the past that shape our future and dominate our present.

George continues to write and appears locally on occasion. He is currently working on a new collection of songs.
