Album Notes
This is Gerry Barnum's fifth album and people will find it a bit different from his previous releases and features 12 new original songs.

It’s kind of a watershed album in a sense. It’s a very well produced album filled with great musicians making the “sonic landscape” very wide and rich.

Recorded between late October 2010 and early January 2011 at Lois Lane Recording Studio in Nanaimo B.C. with Pat Steward and Doug Elliot: drums, bass (Odds, Colin James), Darcy Phillips: keys (Jann Arden) Guest appearances by: Tina Jones (The Kerplunks), vocals, trumpet and Nick Hornbuckle (John Reishman and the Jaybirds) on banjo. Co-produced by Gerry Barnum and Rick Salt.

Gerry Barnum is a well seasoned artist and talented harmonica and slide guitar player with over 30 years of performing experience in venues as diverse as stadiums to coffeehouses, house concerts, major theaters and studios. Gerry divides his time between teaching and performing solo as well as with his band. His style can be described as "soulful roots original" and his songwriting ranges from tender to footstompin'.
