Tristesse in G Minor

by Ginger Berglund & Scott Whitfield

I have just formed Joseph Martin Productions in order to distribute my musical creations and fine art photography. This first tune, Tristesse in G Minor, a vocal performed by Ginger Berglund, with Scott Whiftield as his own trombone choir, should find a place right in the heart of the traditional American Songbook. It is a tune for the Everyman in all of us - about our universal dreams and aspirations. I am deeply indebted to Scott, composer, arranger, and instrumentalist extraordinaire, his wife, Ginger, a true sweetheart, and his incomparable band, for their stellar performances. I count myself very lucky to call Scott and Ginger friends as well as musical collaborators. The Big Band Instrumental version of Tristesse in G Minor will be online shortly. Gratefully yours, Joseph Martin Scherzer, M.D.
