Album Notes
Flower Power Songs are fun pieces about simple things in life that come from my teaching and parenting. They will dance and sing with you all day long and connect with the music in you!

Fingers and Toes is for counting using our 20 digits.

One Heart is about body parts, but without my heart, nothing will start...

Recipe for a Rainbow tells how to make one- no need to shake it up! A countermelody adds interest.

Le p'tit chaton is a simple song in French about a kitten that waits on the front door mat, thinking about caresses and purring! (I'm an ex-cat myself)

Soap and Water- there can never be enough songs about bath time to keep little ones amused while in the tub!

Mr. Spice- A very upbeat song about Mr Spice and his girlfriend, Paprika, who drive around in his green limousine, spicing up life.

Churn, Churn, Churn- All children will know the secret about how butter is made.

Just a Little Monster is a rap about a monster who loves children.... for lunch.

I Can- There are so many things I can do- and if I can't, at least I can try!

Harmony of the Spheres- In Medieval times they believed that the planets and stars moved in celestial harmony. This song is about how we are like planets and stars in our own lives.

I Need, I Love, I Sing is about the basics in life: Nature, music and love!

Waiting for the Weekend- Aren't we all waiting for this? Kids can sing the days of the week and some things to do on the weekend.

The other tracks are the accompaniments without singing for kids to practice on their own. This is great for teachers who want to use them for class or performances.

Both my children love and sing the songs all day long
Both my son (10) and daughter(6)love the songs on this CD and have memorised nearly all of them. They also enjoy singing along to the music only tracks, reading the lyrics from the cover insert. We can't wait for CD2!

Flower Power
My preschoolers love this CD! I say, "Time to wash your hands." and they chime in with "Soap and water..." The songs have catchy melodies, rhythms, and phraing that aid the children in learning while enjoying the experience.

Great addition to my children CD library
Flower power is well worth the price. My two daughters insist we play in the car. LD

Children are singing these songs in Norway
The songs are funny and educational. AND the music is really good! In our house both children and parents enjoy the Flower Power songs.

Flower Power is an irreplacable teaching tool, it will cheer you up and will al
I am a teacher and a mother of 2 young kids and I listen, sing and know really MANY children's songs.FLOWER POWER IS a fascinating pearl in my collection. The songs are amazing - original and beautiful, cheerful, lively and convival. My kids/41/2 and 2/ were delighted. They very quickly started to retain many words, although they don't know English...
Both the texts and the melodies are really easy to remember and they are JUST PERFECT FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. You could use it in your English classes and with great success. They are contagious! And they could make you dance too!

My brother's son loves it!
You don't always see a children's entertainer from Bulgaria, but Laura sure has written some clever children's tunes. I gave this CD to my nephew some years ago and he just sings along to every song! And with backing tracks of all twelve songs, he knows every word by heart!
