ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Hello World
I’m overjoyed that I am able to present to you my debut album.
This is my music and my life’s work, some of my compositions of over 35 years work. I played these Instruments on this Recording. Flutes: Silver, Wood, Indian, Penny Whistles All Guitars 12 String, 6 String, Electric and Acoustic, Bass Percussion: Bhodran, Bells, Shakers As well as… Harmonica, Shrudee Box, Hambone. There are various styles of music on this CD and I am sharing the songs “Skipper”, Touchee, Nifty and the Childrens Songs

These recordings are dedicated to my Mother and my best friend, Anne Blanke. I have been blessed to have her loving kindness, her continuing encouragement, support, and for listening to the endless years of scales, arpeggios, & loud jams sessions. Thanks to my brothers, Ron and Phil for inspiring me to play the flute and teaching me Guitar; and for all the encouragement and support over the years. Thanks to my Sister Pam, a brother couldn’t ask for a better sister. Thanks Tim Pipes for your magical Bass playing; Thanks Grant Steele on trapset drums, Pamela Mullin Darby, John McClure and “Lark in the Morning” for giving lots of encouragement and the loan of many instruments. Thanks Sean for great engineering, wonderful keys and musical ideas. Thanks Neal Storme for bringing out the best of my live performances on this recording and helping me paint the picture I visualized. Thank you Yaacov Rueven for your stellar vocals, percussion, & the good years playing music. A very special thanks to Steve Haeck for the wonderful tinkling of the Ivories, believing in my music, making this dream a reality and all the many great years of our musical journeys together.
