Album Notes
Songs with nice lyrics and a good story, interesting melodies and instrumental riffs, and enjoyable music. That's what I intended to achieve with this album.

As with everything, writing, producing, and performing are stages of evolution. Each time I create a new song, music, or production, I learn something new, and then incorporate it into the next song, or album. Often I find ways to improve songs I had already done, and many times this leads me to create new songs, and music, and production that I would not have been able to do earlier.

In this Album I have many new songs that are quite varied, each telling a story, but all of which seem to work well together. In addition, I have also included re-recordings of a few of my favorite songs that I released earlier. For example, one song I always liked was: Johnny and Jenny. After I first released it about a year or so ago, I found ways of re-recording it which was better, and then this time I found another way to improve it yet again. So I included it on this new album, as: Johnny and Jenny 3.

Another song I also liked was: Lovesick Lullaby. I re-recorded it for this Album, and added some very nice instrumental riffs, which are performed on the piano and sound very nice. Well, at least to me, but I realize that I am somewhat biased that way since I composed it. But I hope you like it too.

And then there is the song: Sunday Afternoon. This was originally released on my earlier Album: Song Of The Road. This time I re-recorded it for this new Album, and titled it: On A Sunday Afternoon, to differentiate from the earlier release. Both versions are pretty good, although I like this second one better. It has a better balance in production. The song is a sad ballad, and one of my favorites.

Also included is a second version of my earlier song: One True Love. As with the others, I have re-recorded it with a better production and mix. On this Album this version is titled: My One True Love.

Of course, there are many new songs as well. You can preview them here, of course, or you can also listen to them on Jango Radio, at this link:
