ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Poetic lyrics with haunting melodies tell stories of love, heartbreak, and romance in a distinctly modern style for Country Pop and Crossover.

My style is a bit different from what is the "norm" for Country. It's Pop, it's Crossover, and it can even be Melodic -- a kind of Musical Poetry. What I feel most is the story -- I want the song to tell a story, and to tell it in a way in which it uses words, lines, and concepts that are not the same as every other song now being heard. They all seem to be the same, sound the same, and to me appear more "canned" than creative.

So, that's what I tried to do -- to tell the story in a way in which the listener can actually hear the lyrics and follow with me as we tell the story. I don't want to bury that in noise, or use words that are over-used, and common. Whether I succeeded in this or not, well ... I guess that's up to you. If you like what I have created, then I'll be very glad.
