ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Up The Holler was originally released in 2000 and was finalist in the 2002 Independent Music Awards. The CD has a trilogy dedicated to the "Matewan Massacre" mine wars in southern West Virginia. The album was recorded in Matewan, West Virginia at Time Studio and features local musicians Marshall Scott, Margaret Smith and other family members and special guest Doug Van Gundy. Some great original mountain flavored material.
