ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Fearless poet/performance artist and award-winning film director Brian Cange is a keen observer of human behavior and tireless explorer of the bizarre, the wild and the shocking.

Through his disturbed psyche, we are introduced to a surreal world in which life in all its odd, outrageous glory is made manifest--the pathos of glazed poultry, the indentured servitude of an Indian house boy, and the trials of noshing on putrified Dairy Queen® cowmeat in suburban purgatory.

Sad? Definitely.

Pathetic? Unquestionably.

Gut-bustingly hysterical? Yes...but at who's expense? Yours.

Specifically around $10.00.

But make no mistake. These are not sober political commentaries. But rather a perfect backdrop for one's own chemically motivated explorations.

Enhancing Mr.Cange's warped lens with his trippy moodscapes, gritty guitars and nerdy studio tinkerings, sound sculptor j.d.dallam helps capture the mood for each of Mr.Cange's spoken word vignettes.

From trip-hop to swamp-blues to Bay City Roller-inspired crotch rock, j.d.delivers the goods.

Or, to use the vernacular of those THC initiates, this is primo shit.

So the next time you set sail to never neverland, be sure to keep this trove of observations in your ship's cargo.

Bon voyage, mes amis...et bon fumé!

Great stuff! Anyone who mixes sex toys and glazed duck is fine by me
Exciting and fresh lyrics, cute sense of humor and biting social commentary. This little ditty is a true keeper. I'm recommending this to friends who dig spoken word, as well as fans of Weird Al.

"Sweet"
Eccentric lyrics, mingled with a rich melody, and deep moody twist of jazz and funk. The drum rhythm is primal and prevalent, provoking images of being present in a smoky gathering with Jack Kerouac discussing all things controversial. The sound vacillates from Middle Eastern to Jim Morrison style poetry, to one of an exotic mix of musical intrigue; yet maintains its’ unique voice with incredible transitions. With its’ distinguished sound and raw crude words, this band gets in your head and you want more. Funky, punky, eclectic, and radical, just “Crazy man.”

Fun and bizzare, these two guys give me a warm-fuzzy
I know the singer, Brian Cange and he gets so irrate sometimes I think he's gonna explode. But this disc gives me a chance see his goofball side. It's a hell of a lot better to listen to then hearing him gettting his panties in a wad all day.
