Album Notes
The Good Noise tradition continues with the release of "Shine The Light", bringing the dynamic sound of the gospel choir to listeners beyond our church venues and concert halls. This second CD recording by the choir features popular gospel songs such as "I Love The Lord", "Can't Give Up Now" and "Take Me Back" as well as revamped and rocking arrangements of old favorites like "This Little Light of Mine", "Walk Together Children" and "When The Saints Go Marching In." Another highlight is a brand new song for Good Noise, "Glory", written by choir member Aaron Buchholz, whose own music is rising up the charts and gaining national attention in Canada and beyond. The 12 songs on this CD bring a depth both in the messages of joy, praise, comfort and hope and in the musical arrangements. Well known gospel singer Crystal Hicks joins the choir as guest soloist and David Sinclair (guitarist for Sarah McLachlan, k.d. lang) provides his exquisite guitar stylings on "Glory".

Featured musicians are:

Gail Suderman, Director/Piano/Vocals
Crystal Hicks, Vocals and Good Noise Artist In Residence
