A Feast for the Ears
I had the opportunity to give Spark a first listen last night. Absolutely lovely, and what a sonic palette.

I had a rusted-out used Datsun 210 in the early eighties that I put a great sound system into, and overnight road trips in it were among the finest music experiences in my life. I used to turn off the headlights if the moon was bright. Spark makes me long for such a trip.

I particularly loved the way the album ends. The guitar in Torn Apart is spectacular, but particularly in the lead-in to the end.
