ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Music is one of the vehicles through which divine energy becomes grounded on this planet. I am privileged to be an instrument through which The Source offers us that gift. My latest CD, "In the Mist," brings us into another dimension. My first CD, "The Gift of Peace" helps bring peace into our hearts. And the second CD, "A Soul's Journey Through Darkness & Light" reflects on the variety of life's moments, concluding with transcendence and rebirth.

My musical story starts when I was a child in New York City, when I learned to play classical piano. At the age of 15, I became severely and chronically ill and lost the capacity to play an instrument, and a huge part of my self-expression was squelched. In my 50's, I discovered the electronic keyboard, but I still was too disabled to play. In time, I determined that if I could not play the music I loved, I would compose music I could play, and between the computer, synthesized sound and the easy touch of electronic keyboards, my musical creativity was unleashed. Had I not been disabled, I might have been content to continue to play the music of the masters, rather than to become an instrument for the divine. And I would never have had the opportunity to express through a flute, a Space Voice, a drum and so many other instruments.

Although I had devoted my life to social activism until my mid-30's I was gifted with unusual intuitive powers in 1980 when I was 35, and I've been an intuitive counselor and spiritual teacher ever since. In addition to composing music, I have written 5 books (on Amazon) and lots of blogs, including many for the Huffington Post. I am also the host of InsideOut Radio on VoiceAmerica.com and the creator of Beth Green TV & Radio on YouTube. At Beth Green TV, you'll find lots of videos that are challenging, fresh and down to earth. In addition, I am the founder of The Stream Center for the New Spirituality, which teaches spirituality linked with common sense, the co-founder of consciousness Boot Camp and the founder of The Beth Green School of Intuitive Counseling.

Speaking of intuitive counseling, I had been doing it since 1980, but lately I've switched to a new modality called 15 Minutes with Beth, and it's pretty amazing. I just click into high gear, and you'd be amazed at what you can learn about yourself. And what else? Well, I just did my first music video, The Mystery Trilogy, and it won an award for best classical/instrumental music video from the Akademia of Music for February 2015, and I'm writing a lot of new music now that's different and exciting and seems to be guided by an even more powerful presence on the planet.

Phew. Well, for a sick woman, I'm pretty busy. And life is just beginning. All of a sudden, my work is becoming much more known, and so is my music. Thank you so much for supporting this music. I hope you enjoy it and that it helps you to feel your own connection to the divine as we, together, are transported to a higher dimension. Check me out at www.bethgreen.org.

This is Beth's third album and possibly her best! I love the soulful beauty and depth of her music. When I listen I am transcended to a higher level inside of myself. I like to play the CD while I work, because it makes me feel relaxed and energized at the same time. The CD helps me stay focused on my work and to be more productive. It's wonderful!

In the Mist
This music inspires and transports the listener. I used it often in my work as an energy worker and counselor to help myself and my clients to go to a higher energetic and spiritual dimension.
