ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Green Jellÿ (pronounced "green jello") is an American comedy rock band formed in 1981. Known for sophomoric humor, theatrical performances and intentionally crude musicianship, Green Jellÿ has had hundreds of members during the band's existence, with vocalist Bill Manspeaker the only consistent member throughout. Going strong since 2004, Monkeysoop is a progressive grunge trio, balancing dynamic guitar melodies with grunge-pop vocals. The band has toured extensively in the US, as well as in Canada and Europe, with music from their ten albums and many compilation CDs. Since 2011, members of Monkeysoop have been playing part-time in Green Jellÿ and the song "Khaos: Destroyer of the Universe," a collaboration between the bands, will be featured on the upcoming Green Jellÿ CD "Garbage Band Kids" to be released in 2018.
