Album Notes
Most of these songs were written over the past ten years, and based on life observations and experiences. The lyrics are strong and introspective - the music, heartfelt and fun. Along with Greg's vocals and acoustic guitar, incredible musicians are featured, including Lisa Bell Benedetto on piano, Emma Shook on violin, Roy King on cajon, and Ed Lemmers on bass, with a couple of guest appearances by Brian Henke on finger-style guitar and The Oh! Sullivans on back-up vocals. The songs have an air of nostalgia, from loss, reflection, love and remembrances of loved ones and days of youth, as well as observations of life: sometimes funny, sometimes ironic, and always real. Listen to the words, feel the music and enjoy.
